TODAY:
Apply for your VIP Day using the ‘Apply Now’ button.
WITHIN 24 HOURS:
We’ll review your application, and if approved, you’ll receive an email with your welcome packet, including your service agreement and invoice, your onboarding questionnaire and the link to book your VIP-Day Kick-off Call.
5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR VIP DAY:
You’ll submit your onboarding questionnaire, giving me time to look over your responses and make a plan for our day together.
1 DAY BEFORE YOUR VIP DAY:
We’ll email you the agenda for the VIP Day and clarify the deliverables.
THE DAY OF:
We have our Kick-off Call and review the deliverables plus get me logged into your software. I spend the whole day working on your business! I ask that you make yourself available (via email) to answer any urgent questions, but otherwise I’ll work my magic behind the scenes.
1 DAY AFTER YOUR VIP DAY:
You’ll have your post VIP Day summary in your inbox by 11am EST, plus a walkthrough video. You’ll be invited to schedule a 90 min Reveal Call to review what’s new and ask any questions.
You’ll have 30 days of email support.

HOW MUCH CAN WE ACCOMPLISH IN A DAY?
This will vary by client and software. I can guarantee that I work fast (over 16 years of experience, remember!) and will have a ton of pre-work completed beforehand so that I’ll have everything I need to work even quicker on your VIP Day.
DO I NEED TO BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY I BOOK?
Yes! We will meet for a 90 min to kick-off call (usually 9-10 am PST) and again at the end of the day or the next morning. I may have some urgent questions as I work throughout the day. Delays can affect how our day flows, so it’s best if you are available, at least for answering quick questions via email during those hours
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY VIP DAY AFTER IT’S BOOKED?
We do a lot of prep work for each VIP Day, but we understand things happen and we are happy to reschedule your day if needed as long as we’ve been provided 48 hours notice.
