Broadcasts

The first thing you will see are broadcasts. Broadcasts are your monthly newsletters or bi-weekly emails you are sending out to your list. You are able to see the click rates, open rates and review the performance of the emails you are sending out. 

Contacts and new leads 

This lets you know how your form submissions, landing pages and any freebies you are promoting are doing. Are they generating new leads for you regularly? New leads don’t have to be a lot but they should be consistent. 

Client status

The client status panel is a good indicator to work out who are your repeat clients, VIP clients or any new clients you may have recently gained. 

Sales, quotes and invoices

You get a clear view of the sales achieved over the last 30 days and any quotes or invoices that are currently out with clients, potential clients and vendors. 

Setting up your calendar and booking appointments

The calendar is where you would start your day if you are a visual person. It allows you to see what’s available and what’s coming up for your day. This is great if you aren’t currently using a scheduler because you now can have access to one and it’s not another system or platform you need to think about. It’s all in one place! It allows you to book and schedule appointments all from inside the platform. 

The Keap Contact Centre

This is where things start to get fun in our opinion. Adding people to your contacts ESPECIALLY clients is vital. Keap is a proper CRM system so every contact has a profile. On that profile, we can see a bunch of information about who this person is, what they have done recently, basically all kinds of stuff. Keap allows you to text clients directly and make and receive calls right inside the keap app as well as emails! 

With each client profile, you can send invoices, arrange meetings, assign tags and add them to automation. You can add up to 100 custom fields which are essential questions that you can ask your clients in lead intake for sales, trip information forms, travel detail forms and survey questionnaires. Keap makes it possible to catch it all in one place.

Can You Create Automation Within Keap?

This is our favourite part of Keap. This is where we spend most of our time in the platform building automation. Keap has the potential to really create cool automation and consistent experiences for your travellers. It allows you to send reminders, payment requests and trip information promptly and automatically! You can capture all their information on time and keep everything in one place – their client profile!

The Lead Magnet Nurture Automation 

Why would you want a lead magnet in the first place? A lead magnet is a great way to grow your subscriber list. Without realizing you are probably signing up for lead magnet automation all the time. For example – If you go onto someone’s website and you see a ‘get access to my free training’ and you have to type in your email address to unlock or receive the freebie you are signing up to their lead magnet sequence. 

The benefit of this is it encourages people to subscribe and puts them directly in your CRM system. 

Step 1 – They start at your landing page which is basically a web page. With Keap it’s possible for it to be branded to your business style with colours, fonts etc. You will put a CTA encouraging them to opt-in to receive your freebie, PDF etc. 

Step 2 – They will receive an email with what they signed up for and it will ask them again to confirm their subscription. This is what we call a double opt-in and it’s great for email compliance. 

Step 3 – Once their email is confirmed it will automatically trigger to start sending them a sequence that you will have previously set up without you having to do anything! 

Step 4- You have the choice of how you want to keep nurturing this person with what content you want to send to them.

Step 5 – End with a sale push in your last email. Maybe encourage them to book with you before a particular date to receive a discount for example. 

Something we REALLY love about Keap

If you send someone an email and they click on a link in that email you have the ability to see that! You then can apply a relevant tag and set a reminder to follow up on that action through another email or promotion. For example, if you have a trip to Italy with two spots left available you can send a targeted email out to all the people who have clicked on links relating to that Italy trip previously! Pretty great right?!
